The Ground Hog model T-4 trencher is easy to handle and digs up to 18" deep and 4" wide. This machine is ideal for putting in sprinkler water lines, phone, security or cable lines, or for edging garden beds. The ratcheting action of the wheels prevents the unit from creeping as the rock type digging chain cuts into the soil. Powered by your choice of 5.5hp Briggs & Stratton Intek, 6hp Robin, or the 5.5hp Honda. Ask about the new "Shark" digging chain (as pictured below) for extra hard soil conditions.

Standard models dig 3" trench up to 12" deep. Optional 4" wide chain available for the 12" boom. Also available is the optional 18" digging boom (3" width only). Chose standard bullet carbide tooth chain (pictured below) or the optional Shark carbide bit chain.
